Summary


Immigration Adjustment Act of 2003 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to direct the Attorney General to adjust to permanent resident the status of certain undocumented aliens who entered the United States before January 1, 2001, and have resided continuously in the United States for at least five years immediately preceding the date of status adjustment eligibility.

Extends the admission date for permanent residence for certain aliens.
